I will read anything, but usually it's the Standard, which I can do cover to cover from Blackfriars to St Albans. I think the city pages and sport are both reasonably good. Since Georgie-boy took over it has certainly become more anti Brexit (the previous editor was a rampant 'Leaver'), and also takes every opportunity to have a dig at Corbyn. However the Cara Delevigne picture count has reduced by about 75%.
What I certainly will not read is the Express or Mail. Absolute rags, particularly the former. A lady in front of me at the supermarket queue last Sunday had one, and I noticed it had a large red circle on the banner front with "NOW 20p" in big yellow letters. In much smaller letters beneath, which I would be surprised if my fellow shopper could read, it said "cheaper than the Mail". Ie £1.20 rather than £1.40. I'd say that's false advertising.
