It's Transpennine Express. They are the only TOC that uses class 185's.

First Transpennine Express "Dynamic Lines" livery. As carried by all the class 185 units and nine class 170 units.

Well actually it's First Group's Dynamic Lines livery. Featured on all First TransPennine Express Class 185s. The dynamic lines livery is also featured on TPE Class 170 Turbostars, First Great Western Class 165 and 166 Networker Turbos, FGW HST Mk 3 coaches and First Hull Trains and FGW Class 180 Adelentes.

====== EDITED===============

Sorry hairyhandedfool, I was still writing my reply. Obviously you got there before me. I didn't see your reply

It looks like the First Group 'Dynamic Lines' livery, used on HSTs. Based on the size of the 'F' Roundel, I would say probably Transpennine Express.

Near where the 3 ridings meet
Just googled Kingsknowe.
Its near Edinburgh.
Which might put it a bit further North than TPE.
So is a TPE Unit on loan?
Or has an Edinburgh unit been reliveried?
