you could translate Eisenbahn-romantik with railroad romance i guess, tobe inspired or to be enthusiastic about trains and railroads.
So a Eisenbahn-romantik moment means a awesome, beautiful and maybe cheesy memory of yours in connection with railroads, trains etc.
Eisenbahn-Romantik is a common word in german, i thought you use it in english as well because there is no exact word for that in english like Ohrwurm (if a song is stuck in your head)
