What is this train?

I noticed this cancelled train on Realtime Trains today.

534R 1025 Craigentinny T.&R.S.M.D to Huyton

It was due at Huyton at 14-04 and due to reverse and return at 14-11. I assume it is a test run. What is it?

My best guess is a TPE 802. They've done a few runs like that I believe recently
