What is off-peak on a Saturday for SET

I am considering purchasing a HS1 suppliment for tomorrow, for 5am-ish what is off-peak for SET?

Do I purchase an anytime suppliment with railcard or off-peak.

As are Sundays all day. This is true of the entire railway by the by.
