Can someone tell me how to get access to this knowledgebase. I am employed in on train revenue collection and have been extremely frustrated at the lack of information over the years. Over the years we have lost access to retail manuals and publications like the Ticket examiners handbook. This makes the job almost impossible and IMO is leading to an increase in 'discretion' on trains (in other words, the guard doesn't know) and a decrease in overall standards.
