What games are you playing at the moment?

I've been overdoing Portal 2 (and currently stuck trying to work out what combination of excursion funnels and propulsion gel will get me to the exit)

Apart from that I've been using FSX to fly FS Economy missions on VATSIM

Finally Team Fortress 2 - am usually on the Saigns.de servers in Sawmil or Harvest Halloween :)

I've been playing a bit of League of Legends and Call of Duty Black Ops and MW2. Though to be honest I'm getting a bit board of CoD.

However what took up all my time for 3 days of last week (would have been less but I went to London in the middle) was Portal 2. Truly fantastic game, far far better than the original and has some of the best writing and voice acting in any game I've played. Also the puzzles themselves were great fun (though a couple were a bit irritating). If it weren't for the fact I'm supposed to be writing essays for uni I would probably be playing it through again now!

Lately?

Lets see. Railworks 2, Call Of Duty Black Ops, UK Truck Simulator and DRIV3R.

I'm also becoming addicted to the Jailbreaker app on my Iphone. (the prison game, not the jailbreaking software)

Fallout 3 GOTYE: Quite simply the best game ever

I've had a bit of a play of that, but I never quite got on with it. Got as far as exploring the first town (Megaton I think it was called) but just sort of lost interest. It's on my 'have another go' list though as just about everyone whose played raves about it!

I used to love the first Super Mario games. You can download them onto your Wii. Seriously addictive!

Pokémon White (as has been true for most of the last seven weeks!)

I'd never even heard of Portal or Team Fortress until a month or so ago...

I came up with a silly "song" based around the Mario theme on Wednesday as a joke. It goes like this (with exact syllable counts!):

Super Mario Brothers!
Mario is short and portly and Luigi is so lanky!
All they do is run and then jump and maybe say "Mamma Mia!"
Mario, decked out in just red and then blue, and his ditzy girl Princess Peach!
Mario, he can jump, and what else? Eat pasta!
Luigi, decked out in just green and then blue, and then his sexy girl Daisy!
Luigi, he can jump, and what else? He's a wuss!
And what else can these two twits do? All else done is plumbing!
What is so "Super" about them?
Super Mario Brothers!

There's so many funny Mario videos and songs on YouTube. As they say, he may just be an Italian plumber who runs around chasing after a Princess, but nonetheless, he's a genius creation! :D

Great game, but hell of a glitch problem o PS3, New Vegas is worse, i don't know how Bethesda get away with releasing a game that isn't technically "finished"! Psn is down just now, so i've just been reaping some trophies from my game collection , Black Ops and GTA mainly, though i'm back into Gran Turismo also.

I still enjoy playing Call of Duty World at War, even though I've beaten the game about fifty times! ;) I think it's got the best story-line out of all the Call of Duties; I love the ending in the Reichstag...

I would never have guessed!

Sonic is a classic. I really enjoyed 'Sonic Heroes' on the Gamecube. I must've spent months on that game!

It could have another sonic game

Gt5 and need for speed shift 2, not liking nfs2 as it feels unreal, and the physics and movement of the cars is like slot cars, so gt5 all the way also a bit of gta 4.

Mario Kart Wii!

How could I forget! What a classic!

Not as good as the DS version. Mario Kart DS is the best of them all. Some of the Wii tracks lack originality; for instance, the DS had the 64 Moo Moo Farm for a Retro track, so what does the Wii have? Moo Moo Meadows. How UNoriginal.

Try looking up Brentalfloss on youtube - he puts lyrics to video game themes :)

What's your high score? Mine is 3572 on 10th April 2006 - game in question was aborted at about 02.00 and there were at that point only about half a dozen squares in the bottom of the grid! :)

Learned how to play it from my late mother in law, who was an absolute wizard at it - anything below 1000 was a very disappointing score for her and she regularly even managed to score over 1000 on a mono screen...!!:o

{ columns }

Used to love playing columns! Played it a little while ago on the PSP on the Sega Mega Drive collection and got a maximum score! :D

Took ages to get it though.

I am currently playing GT5, Chessmaster Grandmaster edition and having a playthrough again of Uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain (fantastic games)!

Actually another game I've been playing recently is Pinball, the version that comes with windows. Surprisingly good fun when you've not got much else going on!

On the PC its been : MSTS (old but still good) and MSFS 2004 (same reason)

On the Xbox: COD Black ops (gamertag Micky Dragule if anyone on here plays) COD MW2, Fifa 11, Race driver Grid, GTA IV, Forza 3, Ace Combat 6, Tom Clancy's Hawx 2, WWe Smackdown vs Raw 2011.

Some of the games in my list are pretty old now but still well worth playing MSTS and MSFS may be a but dodgy on the Graphics sometimes but for gameplay theyre pretty good and will do the job until i can afford a new computer to run newer train and flight sims.

I can't remember I usually play flash columns but it's showing 71,406 starting at level 5 which seems very high especially compared to yours. I'm not even that good so it makes no sense :s

Never heard of Flash Columns, or of different levels? Are we talking about the same game? The one I use is THE original version...
