What does the average working month look like for Scotrail staff?

Not start/finish times as I know that is different depending on the station but how many days on and days off. Thing that surprised me most was depending on the job was the working week, Conductors/Ticket Examiner was a 4 day week with a long weekend every 3 weeks (I think), Train dispatcher wss 7 on 5 off then different the folowing week but over the course of the year it averages out at 35 hours (excluding o/t).
