what does 'procon' mean?

On my ticket I have something saying 'Procon' or something similar, although i've thrown it away now because it was not an intresting route ticket to keep. Anyway what is this? it was Hudds-Leeds train

It would probably say "LACON", which stands for Local Authority CONcession. It indicates your ticket is discounted in some way, either you have a elderly, disabled or young persons Metro Concessionary pass of somesorts. Well, hopefully you do if you have got the discount!

Ohh yeah it was lacon not procon lol thanks and yeah I it was half fare - thanks mate
