What causes the sound at 6:08

I notice this sound on the 72 stock as well. I may be mistaken but I don’t think I notice it on modern stock.

Also the 72 stock creates a pop sound sometimes I think.


I may be mistaken because it sounds like maybe a track thing more than a motor thing.

Line breakers opening and closing.

Slight drag of one wheelset, brakes not releasing quickly on that wheel and so causing it to be dragged a very short distance. Quite common on electro-mechanical brake systems.
