WHat are your views on HS2?

I am doing a economics exams on the UK rail network and thought that there would be no better place to learn about it than this forum.

One of the subjects in the exam is likely to be HS2.


What are your views and opinions on it?
Is it worth it?

It will cost billions of pounds and take around 20 years to complete.

Would the money be better spent elsewhere?
