What are these North Wales workings?

Evening folks, can anyone shed any light on what consist these workings are supposed to be, and what FOC/loco would work them?

I'm not fussed about whether they run (unless it's daft like summer RHTT's!), as it's for a SimSig timetable.

The first one should be a NR test train. No idea about the other one.

The second runs to Llandudno Junction's freight yard. This was leased to EWS/DBS, who claimed exclusive use over it, but let it become overgrown with weeds. Some years back another operator (DRS?) were complaining that EWS were making no use of the yard, and it should be made available to them as well. EWS responded by hauling a few empty wagons there, to show it was still in active use, but then left them there. (I think they may even still be there, hidden in the undergrowth!)

The two daily paths have been in the system for some time (since I've been using OTT myself, at least), and I'd therefore assume that the two daily paths are nominally a DBS freight working.

It is among the freight sites recently reacquired by Network Rail, but it's still impassable (so no, it never runs).

The first path is the Network Rail RHTT working, which is usually crewed by DB Schenker and worked using Network Rail Class 97s (the Crewe based RHTT also covers the Cambrian coast).

I understand the second path is for household waste which will be burnt at an incinerator at Shotton Paper. As the incinerator has not yet been built the train is unlikely to run for some time, however the path is in the system ready for when it does.
