What are these at Yatton?

There are what appear to be metal brackets on every third sleeper on the down line at Yatton. What would they be for?

As it looks like fairly new track and they are a new style LERP it could be due to track radius being tighter on one line.
I am not familiar with Yatton so not sure if it is due to curvature but that is the most common reason.

Better name as not many go on the end now!

Could be due to trying to maintain the platform clearance

As Supercross says above LRPs - probably to help maintain platform clearances. There is a planned renewal on the Up through the platform in the next year or so, but I don't believe there are any LRPS on the Up Line.
