If I remember correctly, you can pay extra to bring extra luggage with you. So how much can you take with you without paying extra? And do you have to pay even more if your luggage is stored under the table you are sitting at making the remaining three seats impossible to occupy?
Also, do you pay extra for your mobile phone to be sole occupant of a seat next to power - I ask as there was a guy on my train tonight who had decided that his phone was important enough to deserve a seat of its own a few seats in front of him so it could enjoy electricity from the outlet.
Not saying that I'm more important that his phone, but I would have enjoyed that unreserved seat, as would my computer have enjoyed the outlet and electricity that accompanied it.
