We've just been having a rant at work about what in life annoys you. With two women at the moment so a lot of ideas have already been thrown around (with much enthusiasm I may add!).

Got me wondering - what REALLY annoys you in life?

damned threads like this, where I come up with something really profound and intellectual, and yet it doesnt get read because it gets drowned in a sea of replies from all and sundry.
or ends up as the last comment on a page when everybody has moved to the next one......

I'd like to think that I'm quite laid back, I don't get annoyed about much really.

One think that I do find particularly irritating is poor driving. I'm not claiming to be a great driver or anything, but I find it quite worrying how many people can't even manage the basics like using indicators or even looking where they're going

The epic kids discrimination;
Yoou're under 16 so you have to have a child ticket. Which means you must be treated like a 4 year old.

Ooh, a topic I can really get into! Let's see:

Screaming brats with parents who don't care for their offspring and let the brat drive everyone nearby nuts

Poor drivers on the roads

Losing wireless connections randomly

Not having the gen and missing something hellfire

Rubbish programming on the radio

Pop music. Especially Rhianna.

Random delays on trains

Delays on buses/coaches

Missed connections

The extortionate rail fares

National Rail's pathetic attempt at posting engineering works news and revisions to rail services as a result.

The Daily Mail, The Sun, The Daily Mirror...most items of the daily press quite frankly

Text speak when writing proper sentences should be the norm

Labour

Conservatives

The lack of overnight trains in general across the UK

NXEC (and before them GNER)

Mallard MK4s

Meridians

The pathetic way they're refurbishing Derby station

Herefordshire Council and their incredibly lazy/lying staff

The awful provision of public transport in Herefordshire in general

That sort of pompous prat who insists on calling HSTs 'shoeboxes with engines', 'trams' or some other derogatory name

That might have to do for now!

I thought about that with some of the rail staff here! :)

Lot of things annoy me, but I'm aiming to become more chilled.

Rule 1: Don't make out you are a dick on Facebook, bebo, forums etc, because the first thing that any employer/potential employer does is look up your details. Unless you don't care or it doesn't matter of course.

Lot of things annoy me, but I'm aiming to become more chilled. I even agreed with Richard Littejohn today in the Daily Mail, so something must seriously be wrong.

Blimey, miserable bunch aren't you?! I am with Craig, I try to just let everything go. There's no point getting annoyed about it, coz usually there's nothing you can do, so just live with it happily.
