I hate it. Sorry to be that brutally honest, but it completely disagrees with my beliefs. I was brought up as a Roman Catholic and I feel that the campaign is morally reprehensible as it offends most of the people in the world, ie. everyone with a religion.

I think its a brilliant idea. I have never been religious but still respect there views. However seeing religious advertising claiming all this stuff will happen to me because I am not religious and hearing about religious extremists makes me a bit annoyed as I don't go around saying God doesn't exist or religion is rubbish. So, what gives religious people the right to do it, finally it is done the other way round.

Well bus makes a change to seeing lots of other religious posters, I suspect someone will complain though from the religious fraternity.

I seem to remember seeing pro-Christian adverts actually on London buses aswell, not to long ago, telling me that I was going to hell. How can Christians then be against this? I don't see how it's any different...

I am a Christian, but I do not worry about this advertising. If only people with beliefs in God can show there message on buses, surely aetheists should and can be able to do so to.

I never did understand that. I'm certainly no all caring, sharing god. But I'd find it hard give someone 5 mins worth of suffering for minor offences, like disbelieving what a great chap I am or some naughty sex, or the odd bit of fibbing or gossip. But that chap in the sky can't wait to dish it out according to some people - usually people that don't follow the Christian teachings at all but pretend to be religious (just in case) believing that makes them a good person.

This is especially offensive when this sort of accusation is against someone that might be morally upright in all other matters and causes no harm, indeed, possibly a lot of good. Yet they are off to hell because they aren't 'in the club'.

Nope, trust me, I've had a word with Mohammed and he says all Christians are ****ed. Let's face it, if the Muslims are right, I reckon they might let those that sit on the fence off more that those that have spent their life dedicated to proving them wrong. I cannot accept something that simply bases it ideas on knowledge of the world/universe as it saw it over 2000 years ago.If it were true,the earth and universe would be only just over 2000 years old..its not.Its far older.

As I understand it, science has still yet to disprove the existence of God and is still struggling over the basics of things like gravity.

Atheism is not an absence of religion but a belief that there is no God. In exactly the same way that every world religion has certain central articles of faith, so does atheism. So any atheist claiming that he/she is taking a stand against religion is talking a lot of hot air.

All that said, I am happy to respect anyone's right to believe whatever they will.

Not an act of faith..more an act of realism..for many years I have looked around me and can see no God,only destructive human territorialism,based on pappy stupid religious views written by people who had limited understanding of how things and biology worked..,however,science has proved there were creatures before the Bible says there were..religion relys totally on the subservience of its minions to push its rubbish down peoples necks to live by medievel claptrap with fear of not going to its various ports of fantasy..which dont exist
