Whilst i've never found West Coast's livery that inspiring, the way that the brown / maroon has been painted around the front of the loco just looks well, odd.

I think that looks rather smart, though unfortunately the naturally odd appearance of the low down light clusters is accentuated by the resulting completely featureless yellow warning panel. Would have been nice if WCRC had replaced the former number box, even if it was just a vinyl or something.
