Hi,
Back in February 1977 I made some recordings from on board the D1023 hauled 'Western Finalé' railtour to York and back from Bristol. The recordings were made on one of those old, large tape recorders that just about filled up my spotters bag and although not of the best quality, the slipstream blowing past the microphone etc, I feel they may be of some interest and so I've uploaded two files to my Flickr site.
