Noted in the latest Newsrail Express that WMDRs will be valid on WSMR services from the timetable change. LM also making a number of changes to their fares this month but I don't have that information to hand.

although if i'm not mistaken the present valdity appears to be more of a customer courtesy arrangement on W&S part, which falls in line with the national conditions of carridge "no prohibition being shown on the ticket" approach.
Do they get any revenue from them at present?
If not this will presumibly result in there name being added to the WMDR Nationalrail page and them getting a cut of the revenue from the tickets.

Like their acceptance of Priv tickets, their validity on WSMR is an informal arrangement. Presumably this is indication that their validity on WSMR will be advertised in the future.
