Random question, what sort of enhanced standard do WMT require for OPC passes. Is it a higher score pass criteria for assessments or is it additional assessments? If it’s a higher pass score criteria do we know which assessments have it? Cheers

Additional assessments are involved, not sure if higher pass scores are also required though.

Hoping someone can help

I have passed the OPC stuff before so would the question "Have you undergone Driver assessments within the last 5 years?" be a YES ?

Even if you haven't passed, if you've done them within 5 years the answer is yes.

It's a YES! They will double check what you have passed as you may not meet the required level they want and you may have to retake any to try reach the standard they request.

If however, they check and you passed and they reach the requirements then you won't need to do any exam. (unless they have an exam which you have not completed)

Got a link to an online assessment, can anyone tell me what it entails?
It’s just an SJT, meaning situational judgment test. Basically it’s multiple choice questions and what would you do in X Y Z situations, good luck!

It appears I’ve got an invite for the psychometric tests for this role. Haven’t done an SJT but maybe it’s because I did for GA who are also part of transport UK? It does say the below:

Previous assessments:

We have checked any previous assessments you may have completed with other Train Operating Companies but please note that all applicants must complete these online tests for WMR’s enhanced standard.

I’ve had a long week, Ive already completed the SJT and 4 @mbsb90

The enhanced SJT out of these 4 tests seems tricky as some of them you think what is really the best answer as there could be multiple

Agreed, with the preference questions it was almost a double SJT. All done let’s see what happens!!
