Along with
@atochopefull, we applied both at the same time, but i never heard anything back from WMT about the postition for a trainee senior conductor, either yay or nay (i went onto the abellio careers portal and it was still open/green), the only contact i have had from then was yesterday with the following email-

In light of the current situation with Covid-19 we are currently reviewing our recruitment requirement for many of our current vacancies. This will be reviewed regularly, and we will be in contact with you as soon as we have an update. This means in effect that your application will remain at the current status whether that is at application stage or following an interview until we have any further update."
So does that mean then either they have had their quota for the positions now and that i am now in a pool for future trainee vacancies, of have i just plain and simply lost out and not made the cut??
