Hey all. I have been looking into Tram Driving jobs local to me for a while now.
If someone would be so kind, can someone who works currently in this role let me know the year on year pay scale for 2025 onward? I see it is now advertised as £27560 to start and £31304 after 12 months. What is the pay scale after this after 2, 3 and 4 years service and beyond now? Is 4 years the maximum pay grade at present?
Also what does the weekly hours equate to? 39 or so? And finally a rough idea of the shift rota.
Sorry for all the questions, I am just seeing if long term it would be worth a move from my current position. Thanks for any information in advance!
