It seems WMR still have a problem with their online DR claim form. Submitted one last night, and today got asked for further information, ticket type, duration etc., which I'm sure I already gave them.

However I went through the process, and it also asked for another ticket photo, so I tried to upload a newly taken one, but it just shows as a jpg.*** number on the form. Now it won't let me delete the jpg reference in the photo box in order to replace it with the new photo.

I'm very non-techie, so does anyone know whether a jpg.*** will be meaningless to them, or will they be able to view the photo? Their system seems to check new claims as it says "we can confirm this ticket number has not already been the subject of a claim" or words to that effect, so I don't think I could even start a completely new claim.

Suppose I'll just have to wait and see if they tell me they cannot proceed with the claim.

The system itself is awful and it seems to happen every time I make a claim, seemingly if you don't use a bog standard return ticket and you make the claim on the day, it requires you to enter details on the day, it's really annoying and seems very passenger unfriendly.

Have your tried a different device/browser?
It's the same on iPhone and MacBook, although granted they are both Safari. Like I said, I'm not at all techie and the idea of trying (or even finding) a different browser makes me feel defeated before I start!

Ive been a mac fan for many years but safari does appear to becoming more and more problematical. I'd try Firefox.

I get the same issue (re-enter info already provided) every time I claim delay repay with split tickets on LNR.

I suspect some program code doing OCR (optical character recognition) doesn't deal intelligently with complex images of multiple tickets.

Other TOCs also seem to do OCR and suggest a journey based on ticket image uploaded. If the ticket is orange card marked across ticket number during a ticket inspection, a complete garbage inappropriate journey comes back.
