Yes. Sundays haven't been so, for 323s in passenger service since Middle of August 2024,
More interestingly no sooner than removed from service the 1129 from Bromsgrove to Lichfield is a solo 730 today, along with a service on a Redditch to Four Oaks also a solo 730, today,
Two services today running 3 car vice 6 car 730,
Which normally would have a 6 car, hence the 323 diagram remained, and causing issues with overcrowding as well.
It maybe just for today, because the 323s need preparing for the tour Tommorow
Sunday 29th September 2024,
But could it be possible at least for the next fortnight or so possible shortforms could occur, and maybe the final 323 diagram should have stayed a little longer, just like the 507 on Merseyside.

I believe it will be 323221 & 323222 allocated to the tour tomorrow. Both units are coupled together on Soho this afternoon. Would make sense considering both leave off lease on Monday Morning!

I noticed yesterday that 323222 had received a thorough clean on the outside, it looked far better than 240! Assumed it would be with 221 on the tour.
Presumably 323211 and 323214 are in store at Wolverton - if so can anyone say when they went there please ?

they was originally meant to go together however 211 wasn't ready.

221 (Centro livery) is leading currently on the way up to Brum. I assume it doesn't reverse out of new street.

No, just the pair of units going. I suppose if anything happens I'm sure someone from northern at Liverpool could assist?
We seem to have picked up some delays at Crewe, and we sat in the fast lines for a good 5 mins or so waiting to be routed back in front of the 1030 from Crewe to Liverpool.
Looks like the LNWR stopper has been pathed in front of us...I think we'll be overtaking it just before Acton Bridge.

Return Working Coventry to Birmingham, final journey on tour.
323221 Birmingham end 323222 Coventry end.
With 323221 leading, bringing in a final true farewell, with 323222 on the rear, running together, on a final Farewell tour, ever since running in the West Midlands area, since 1993/1994, with 323221 leading the way and descending on, into dark and gloomy wet skies towards Birmingham in the Berkswell, Warwickshire Countryside bringing a true farewell end to the 323s in and around Birmingham. Gone but will never be forgotten.

323240 solo, Final 323 to run in the West Midlands Cento area, however can never say the never, maybe on a Allerton to Wolverton move, if issues on the Trent Valley, still a possibility a Wmr Livery 323, might appear diverted, via Birmingham International and in the old cento area who knows, if a ex Wmr Livery 323 was going to Wolverton for a repaint into Northern Livery.
However 3502s are next to depart, however sad farewell 323 Wmr. Tribute to the hard work and all those served through 31 years in the West Midlands.
Done us all proud.
But time to move on.
As Queen would have song years ago
