West Lothian Area Bus Map

The first version of my West Lothian area Bus Map is now available. It is a semi-diagrammatic map which aims to show bus routes in West Lothian in as clear a fashion as possible.

My map shows routes which generally operate at least hourly, across multiple operators. Early morning, late evening, and weekend variations are marked.

I'm not particularly happy with certain areas of the map, mainly around Edinburgh, but I'll improve this in a future version.
Any feedback is very welcome.

I've put an image preview below, note that this may not be updated when I release new versions of the map.

Thanks for sharing this. The network is so bare compared to previous years. It’s such a shame that it is only going to get worse too.

Nice map! A minor correction: you have the 747 going from the M90 junction on the east of Queensferry to the A9000 Forth Road Crossing along B924 Bo'ness Road—this road has no connection to the bridge! Instead the 747 takes A904 Builyeon Road to Echline Junction and serves the Slip Road bus stops, which the map currently does not show it passing.

Bo'ness is part of Falkirk area and has been for many many years. However, the map is missing 45, 49 and the twice a day 449.

The only West Lothian area on the coast is Abercorn and around that area between Edinburgh and Falkirk.

I've updated my West Lothian Map. I won't update the image preview on the original post but I've put a new image preview at the bottom of this post. Use the links in the original post to view the new map.
Summary of changes:

• McGill's routes updated to reflect their latest timetable change. All commercial McGill's routes are now shown as dashed lines to reflect the fact that they don't operate on a Sunday.
• Added many of the subsidised routes the Independents run.
• Added Stagecoach service AB1.
• Minor route corrections in various places.
• Added inline text for more details where relevant.

I think the 747 route is now correct?

I've added the 449. Are the 49 and 49 the Linlithgow local routes? I'll add them in at the next update.
