Lemon have just posted on Facebook that they will continue to run the K1 until 29/8. This will run in addition to the new K2.

Nope, the K2 is not delayed. The K1 - initially due to be cut - is staying with the tendering process running through August.

VF05 ETJ has spent the afternoon on the 525 today (4 August). I believe this is the first instance of Eurocoaches using a decker on the route, although Stagecoach did use one on occasions.

Stagecoach London e400H 12304 SN14TXZ has allegedly not worked since Jan 2026 nor caught on Flickr... but was parked up in the southbound layby just off M4 J18 near Tormarton on Friday and was still there on Sunday. Still in full Stagecoach London livery with PD depot code...

Also saw charity Scania Omnidekka YT10XBZ heading towards Radstock yesterday

She's one of a large number that Tower Transit has purchased for HTL Buses to operate franchised school contracts on Merseyside starting later this year. They're being collected from London in stages and then receiving attention, including repaints, at a company based in Abercynon.

534 shouldn't be actually in Parkway though - it u-turns at the Ratcliffe Dribe rbt.

It was showing the 535 to Thornbury- Presumably 534 but wrong dest

I have seen a 534 turning at the station in the past, possibly because the driver was using the toilets.

That was my thought so whilst @-Colly405- is right that it's not supposed to serve Parkway, it might have been an emergency stop

I’m presuming if a 535 did come into fruition - it would be that thornbury to Southmead route that WECA keeps saying they’re considering

I also saw a double-decker of the same sort and livery showing 535 Thornbury during the afternoon on 10th September in FIlton (IIRC). There is no 535 on TravelineSW though.

535 is Thornbury to Southmead with 4 round trips a day - 534 but with an evening round trip. It also has a different timetable on Wednesday as it’s built around SGS timings.

But then, no odder than the tortuous 534 route!!!
