Another on the GEML today & again at Kelvedon. Think it's the 3rd time here in the last few months. Only an hourly Intercity service was in operation due to the lack of platforms 7-10 at Liv St due to a point blade cracking. The very heavilly loaded 11.00 ex-Norwich terminated Colchester but there was then great difficulty in obtaining buses with as far as im aware only 10 in circulation between here & Witham. Services resumed albeit slowly around 14.00.
