West Coast Railways.

Has anyone had problems booking with West Coast Railways? I have used them before and found them to be, well not the best to be honest, but my immediate interest is trying to book a trip on the Jacobite. Perhaps it's me being a bit of a Luddite but I want to speak to someone. The number I have (the one that was sent to me in an advert) just rings out, not even a message! This is not really encouraging. I couldn't find a number on the website despite it saying call or email. I have emailed and asked for someone to call me. Anyone else struggled or struggling? Thanks from the hard of thinking.

Booking is better via the website but the booking office is manned during normal working hours, so you should be get through on the phone.

They have been very busy.

Might I suggest an answer machine message to that effect as it would present a better image especially to someone who wants to talk to a human rather than send email back and forth. I did also send an email but as you say people are very busy.
