Just moved into a place overlooking the lines through Wembley Park station (just to the south) any interestings workings to see? Chiltern run any peak time services of note? Any Clubmans during the peak/freight that runs?

Cheers for any help.

There are four Chiltern services an hour through Wembley Park (two up, two down) all day every day and while the majority are 165s, you will see your fair share of 168s during the day. Sorry I cant provide exact times, but you will see clubman trains running through. During engineering works you will see the Birmingham service run via the met too.

There isn't a lot of notable workings at Wembley Park. As leaf fall is coming soon you'll get to see the RHTT topped and tailed with tripcock fitted 66s. I don't know if the Chiltern "Green Goddess" Class 117 is still used for this as well. As well as the mainline RHTTs you will see the 5 car RAT A Stock performing the same task working to and from Neasden .

At night time, you may see LU engineer trains topped and tailed by battery locos running about. They sometimes venture out during the day.

You can see the new S Stock being delivered by Class 20s to Neasden. I think these are now run weekly and tend to arrive at Neasden during the night.

The Met has 'heritage' services occasionaly, with preserved Met Railway Loco No. 12 Sarah Siddons hauling a 4TC set with a Class 20, and a 1938 stock running. They tend to run between Harrow and Amersham, but sometimes pass Wembley Park as ECS movements to/from Neasden.
