Welwyn Garden City Rail Yard?

This might be a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know what sort of road access leads to the yard at Welwyn Garden City? Are there locked gates and are they the standard ABBUS locks?

I have to go down there next Saturday for work but never been before and google not definitive.
