Does anyone know where / what is happening?

nothing North of Hereford...and yet you have to catch a bus from Shreswbury
Missed that out, re-railing around Shelwick/Moreton on Lugg, Ludlow and Craven Arms. Stoneblowing at Craven Arms. Drainage work at Wooferton.nothing North of Hereford...and yet you have to catch a bus from Shreswbury
This work was likely planned 18-24 months ago in collaboration with TfW, they could have easily said "Universities are going back, can we do it another week" based on their knowledge of their traffic flows.Surely not the best of Sundays to have The Marches shut down when students are returning to universities and Cross Country can’t be bothered to run a full service on their Nottingham to Cardiff route - which would be an alternative way?

There's never a good day - whatever day you pick there will always be some issue, especially as when this was planned originally they would have had rugby crowds for the autumn internationals to worry about, which produce a lot more traffic then returning university students.Surely not the best of Sundays to have The Marches shut down when students are returning to universities and Cross Country can’t be bothered to run a full service on their Nottingham to Cardiff route - which would be an alternative way?
