Are the through lines at Wellington (Shropshire) officially out of use now?

I know not much would use them anyway, but they looked very rusty when I passed through earlier this week.

The points are locked out of use at the moment hence why the lines are rusty looking at the moment.

There was severe flooding last November which damaged the points motors and they are waiting to be repaired, There is a line closure on June 1st which 'maybe' for the points repairs?
