Well there's actually three, but only one on the Elizabeth line unless the train is making a detour via the DLR!
Did you take this picture? Was it like that in real life or is it some shutter effect whereby the different parts of the image were recorded at slightly different times?
I took it yesterday, definitely as you see it. Whitechapel Eastbound platform.

The Elizabeth line station at Woolwich has no suffix.
Yep. But the National Rail (Southeastern) station does. It’s integrated with the DLR.

I think the comment was that the interchange instruction should have named 'Woolwich Arsenal' as the other station (not the EL one).

On my one brief trip on it last week, the on-train indicators showed the next three stations then a dotted section and the final destination of the train. I'm wondering if it's trying to do the same here, but as there are only three stations to go it shows CW twice and the dotted section has gone missing somehow.
The error (at Whitechapel Eastbound) is also visible in this video (Ismail's Transport Network, 6:15), while Whitechapel Westbound has a scrolling display starting with "Whitechapel" (same video, 10:14), so I think "the" error is that the first "Canary Wharf" should actually be a "Whitechapel".
