Weird GA ECS movements

Tomorrow, GA are running a host of ECS movements being worked by what appears to be a class 360, but they are timed for a 321. Any idea what they are and why they are running?

5G02 0943 London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria Dss
5G03 1047 Southend Victoria Dss to Shenfield Down Sidings
5G04 1125 Shenfield Down Sidings to Clacton-on-Sea
5G05 1300 Clacton-on-Sea to Thorpe-le-soken Siding
5G06 1318 Thorpe-le-soken Siding to Walton-on-the-Naze
5G07 1334 Walton-on-the-Naze to Colchester
5G08 1415 Colchester to Harwich Town
5G09 1447 Harwich Town to Ipswich
5G11 1521 Ipswich to London Liverpool Street
