Weekly ticket query

A colleague buys a weekly ticket from Thatcham to Reading and couldn't find it yesterday when travelling home so they bought a single. As they still couldn't find it this morning, a return was purchased. The weekly has been found and they are wondering if they could get a refund for any of the tickets purchased (either the return or single)?

The current weekly runs out on 09/12/12.

The season ticket T&Cs suggest you can, but the second time in a 12 month period is subject to an admin fee of not more than £10.
