To start things off, I myself use Apple Maps and Pantograph.
I use Apple Maps for general wayfinding, and find it much better than Google Maps as it has much cleaner transit lines, as well as the fact that it shows all transit, as well as mainline trains and BRT/high-frequency lines. It also has nice and extensive 3D maps.
Pantograph is kinda like Signalbox but for the US. It shows your location, and has good maps that it scrapes from OpenStreetMap (Apple Maps also gets its data from OpenStreetMap). But it also shows the location of buses and trains, as well as their serial number, make, model, and year. Currently, it scrapes data from NW Oregon transit operators, as well as Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, DC, and many more city (and suburban and rural!) transit companies.
What apps/sites do you guys use, and why do you like/dislike them?
