Hello All,

I think I'm having problems with my website.... all I can see is a blank (white) screen, indicating a server/DNS error... yet three other forum members say it's working fine.

I can't see my signature strip below, either, which again suggests server error.

I'd be grateful if any of you could confirm if

a) my website is/is not working properly
b) you can/can't see my signature strip
c) If you've time, you can/can't see anything else hosted at http://members.lycos.co.uk/

such as http://members.lycos.co.uk/myblueocean/ for instance.

After two years trouble free hosting, this is driving me MAD....

Many thanks in advance

As I said yesterday, your site works fine here (Virgin Media). Your signature banner and the other website listed in your first post also work fine. Have refreshed everything to ensure I'm not seeing a cached version and they still work.

I wonder how long it will be before Tom recommends "RailUK Hosting" ;)

Thanks again, Damon...

I just can't understand why I can't see any Licos Tripod sites, from any machine here in the office, or either machine at home, using different ISPs and browsers......

Appears to work fine here...

Just to please Damon, I'm not going to offer anything but PMs are considered. ;)

I'd first say try disabling the firewall and see if that is the problem.

Right, thanks for your help, everybody...

Upshot of it is, I've opened my wallet, bought the domain name and moved my website to a decent hosting service.

Regards
