Web links to identify permitted routes

A little while back I posted questions relating to how the route maps work and someone posted links to the 'yellow' and 'pink' pages which show permitted routes and routeing points. I saved the links and just tried them again now and they didn't work. Are they temporarily down or have they altered? Could someone re-post the links if so. Thanks.
