"Weaver line" peak timetable

I seem to recall that until fairly recently, only 2 of the 4 Chingford trains per hour stopped at Bethnal Green, and this was pretty much in order to allow the following fast cambridge/ely service a clearer path through Clapton/coppermill junction. It seems now that all 4 of the Chingford trains now stop at Bethnal Green... I was wondering how they've managed to solve that conundrum? I'm guessing that the fast cambridge now usually ends up being checked at hackney downs and therefore runs a little late into Tottenham?

I assume you are talking about the peak hours? The most obvious change post covid is that there are no longer peak Hertford services via Seven Sisters, as these have been combined with the Broxbourne via Lea Valley service - so 2tph less which presumably frees up some capacity.

ah yes, i forgot about that. The current peak hertford easts run at xx26 and xx56 but when they went via seven sisters that would have put them right up the backside of the preceding cheshunt service at xx21/xx51 right?
