Hi, the ED comes out to play but that blasted 141 bus comes out to much. So answer to your question yes just mind the unit.
Is it always the 141? We are going there on the 28th (as you know!) and I asked what the traction would be and were told the 141 is likely
If it connected at Bishop Auckland and used 37s I'd want to go there regularly, but as it's such a PITA to get to, and the traction is so poor I am only going to do it once at this rate

Weardale and 37s don't mix, i wouldn't expect to see a 37 on Weird Ale for a long time. There is:
25067 just needs a slight fix,
20107 needs the spare bogie applied and a few small bits to the engine and a dam good clean before it can run,
don't expect 56022 to play as its too heavy, and is mechanically not good
73134 its an ED not alot to say on the matter
73139 is a wreck
other than that units, sentinals, and 3 kettles in need of overhaul.
When i used to work on Weardale with the Class 37 Locomotive group the 141 always came out for the odd time 37003 came out.

At a guess out of all 37/4s 417 is the best known to fail lol. i liked 420 before the cut up.
