WCML South 350 Brake Bug?

Has anyone else experienced a problem with receiving a brake application on scenarios involving 350's that won't release?

I have experienced it on two separate scenarios, both on semi-fast services, one on the Up and once on the Down with double 350's. Brake application occurs somewhere just south of Atherstone and on both occasions I have had to swap to another cab to continue the journey (otherwise, the brakes release, the train takes power then immediately makes another "Direct" brake application). This has involved driving without the front cab working (including wipers) or hanging out of the cab in the middle of the train to be able to see when raining

I've had similar problems with the Class 175 Arriva on South Wales Coastal route.
The only thing I can suggest is do a complete brake application to emergency, shut everything down in each cab, then restart in the front.

Also worth checking if the wheelbrakes haven't somewhow activated, it might be worth bringing the HUD up (F4) and clicking on the coupler button.

I think its most likely a software glitch but if anybody has any other thoughts I'd like to know.
I have the 350 but haven't driven it enough to have noticed a problem with it.

Not had any issue with the 175 thus far (apart from it being very skittish when on "wet" rails!)

I did the whole putting the 350 into emergency etc, but it didn't help and the brakes kicked back in shortly after setting off. Saving progress, closing and resuming did seem to sort it, so I am minded to think it is a software glitch

I've had this with the class 172, but i just put it into emergency and then back into power and it seemed to work fine. I'd probably just uninstall and reinstall it, that usually works for me.

The emergency thing worked to a degree but it would still only get to a few mph before stopping again. I think there is still a way to clear the cache, which I've not done in a while, so I may need to do this initially

Think there's an option in the game to "refresh the cache" under settings.

Failing that, might be worth doing a "verify integrity of Game files" :-

1) Right click on the Steam icon, and press "Library"
2) Right click on Train Simulator and click on properties
3) Click the "Local Files" Tab, and then click on "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES"

This may take a while...... :roll::roll:
