There was an earlier line problem between Euston and Watford Junction (surprise surprise - that section hasn't had much luck recently!) - now cleared, but obviously trains are still arriving at Manchester after leaving London late

Problems were apparently obstruction on the line at Harrow and Wealdstone and "poor rail conditions" at Stonebridge Park - despite the weather being fine.
