WCML blockage --- route for Scottish intermodal

Hi,
Notice that passengers will get a Settle/Carlisle shuttle between Preston and Carlisle, but where will the intermodal to and from Mossend be routed?

ECML as per is usual, heading via Toton and joining the east coast at Donny.

ECML as per is usual, heading via Toton and joining the east coast at Donny.

Of course, Felixstowe and London Gateway intermodals normally go via Ely/Peterborough and Canonbury/Finsbury Park respectively.
