Hi folks,
I've started this thread as I've got many a question to ask. Please note, I really don't want it descending into an anti-Beardie rail thread.
Some relatively straight forward queries first:
- Is it a franchise requirement for Virgin to make 2 stops an hour at Birmingham International and Coventry on the EBW run?
- Again, for Runcorn on an hourly basis?
- Are any of the MK stoppers overtaken in the bay platform? And likewise for the Liverpool service in Stafford, closely being followed by the NorthWales Voyager?
- Why is the speed limit only 80mphEPS through Stafford curve? Is it really that bad?
- What are the differentiated EPS speed limits for? I'm guessing for SVoyagers, as they have less tilt than a Pendo.
Thanks for thoughts and answers.
