I am going on a Steam Dreams trip from Waterloo station on 14th Feb. I am disabled and am wondering how far it is from the taxi rank to platform 19 as I have trouble walking. Steam Dreams said they would find out if they could get me help but they havent got back to me.

It's a while since I went to Waterloo, but from what I can remember the taxi drop-off is level access to the main concourse. It is a bit of a hike to platform 19 from there, so if Steam Dreams are able to offer help it would be useful. Otherwise contact South West Trains- I'm sure they could arrange something.

Taxi rank is located outside Exit 3 opposite platform 11.
