From the end of this year, my current commute from Woking-London Bridge via Waterloo/Waterloo East on a Woking-London Terminals season will not be possible until August 2016 because of the London Bridge rebuild project.

I've emailed SWT customer services to ask if they have any information, but had no reply.

Does anyone know if an agreement to allow London Terminals season ticket holders to use the underground or buses between Waterloo and London Bridge is planned?

I understand the need for the changes, and have no problem putting up with some inconvenience for the duration, but would hope that I and others in the same position won't be left out of pocket by being forced to buy additional tickets to complete the journey we already pay for.

Thanks
Ian

They'll probably allow use on the Jubilee line between Waterloo and London Bridge.

Though I feel sorry for anyone who'll be forced to use it in this way next year... unless TfL lay on some extra trains, it's not going to be pleasant.

One thing to note is that the stretch between Waterloo East and London Bridge is run by Southeastern, not South West Trains, so I'd email Southeastern customer services as well in future too. Also, bear in mind that if your London Terminals season expires after 1st January 2015, you'll need to get it reprinted so it has the coding on it to allow you to use the Underground - SWT will communicate with you how and where to do this some time soon.
