A friend noticed this on Wednesday 5 June 2024:

(he did not say at which station he photographed the departure board).

I tried to search National Rail's journey planner but did not always respond (perhaps the site is very busy). My initial thought was it was at Perth, Scotland but you locals will instantly know.

What on earth is 'no on-board hospital'?

A joke, or a mistake in selecting which message to appear?

He reassured me he was unlikely to require a triple bypass on the way to Inverness.

It's 'hospitality' I.e. catering service, cut off by the size of space on the display.

Sometimes LNER crews are over-generous with the complimentaries to the extent one might wish for an on-board hospital!

Looks like it might be the departures board for Perth, but the train times shown are for a Sunday, not midweek.

OK: I'd assumed it was 'yesterday' as that's when he sent the email, bearing in mind the time difference between our nations.

If there's no space on the display, how come the train below shows a second line that's longer? More likely a fault with part of the display? Not sure.
