I was at Warrington Bank Quay this afternoon, I noticed that its having work on the platforms. (South End)

How long have the works been going for? And when is it gong to finish?

It started approximately 2months ago and I was told the work would last about 6months, I believe it connection with the introduction of the 11 car Pendolinos.
