Walsall is busier that Bescot these days, freight wise,
which is why I retired the Freightmaster Bescot table
earlier this year, and replaced it with...

...a shiny new Walsall timetable!

Good suggestion, except Walsall isn't in the printed version of Freightmaster!

(there is only room for 60 or so timetables in the printed version
of Freightmaster, compared to the 100+ online)

because that isn't fair to my customers who pay to access the tables...

However, I am currently offering 'trial' access to FMonline
until the end of September for just £19, which would enable
you to print off as many of the 100+ timetables as you wish...

What traction, apart from 66s?

PLease someone, lest I end up spending several uncomfortable hours hanging around the station, praying for something interesting. (Only you people know what it feels like )

What other traction are you expecting? All freight trains through Walsall are 99% of the time a class 66 apart. There can be occasional appearances of a class 60 but these days thats fairly rare.

To be perfectly honest, if you want to see locos "other than 66s"
in the Midlands away from the WCML, you will struggle...

If you want to see motive power variety, Nuneaton, Tamworth
and Stafford are all far better than places such as Walsall and
Water Orton.

- £19 gives access to FMonline until the end of September (six weeks)

- £54 gives access to FMonline until the end of next March (over seven months)


These are one off payments - there are no recurring charges, etc.
