I'm Walking Euston to Paddington? How long will it take and what is the best route?
Most direct way is turn left out of the station, along Praed Street, until you meet the Marylebone Road. Then turn right and continue past Marylebone, Madame Tussauds, and Regents Park until you reach Euston on your left. Allow 30 minutes without heavy luggage.

Sorry, I read it in reverse for some reason. Lewlew above gives a better response.

The direct route is also heavily trafficked and therefore polluted. If your map- or smartphone-reading skills are up to it, I would take a longer route south of the Marylebone Road. .
I don't know that part of London well enough to describe the route properly, but it's basically head for the BT Tower and head West. 1/2 mile or so longer.

Platform to platform I'd say allow 50 minutes as it's a few minutes to get from the platforms to the Euston Road.

Whenever I do this walk (which has been reasonably frequent for various reasons, e.g. tube strikes) I come out of Euston and head for Euston Square station, keep walking on this road (which is the Marylebone Road). You will pass Warren Street station, Great Portland Street Station, Madame Tussauds and Baker Street Station. When you get to the Old Marylebone Road turn left and then right into Chapel Street. Walk past Edgware Road (H&C/Circle) Station, cross over the Edgware Road and the road becomes Praed Street. Eventually you'll see Paddington on the right.

These are good answers.
I only add these thoughts-
It's further than you think- 50 mins is about right
Allow for being late at Euston
The main roads are unattractive and polluted
The possibilities further south are good but will add some anxiety- left here, right there etc -unless you have a good and reliable smartphone with the route(s) on it- you will get more 'respite' of greenery of some nice squares and trees.
Sorry not to be able to suggest a great 'unknown' route, eg the Paddington Canal basin is 'a find' but not useful for Euston direction!
Regents Park and Hyde Park provide pleasant diversions but not when you're 'on a mission' to get to Paddington, eg for a train!
Roll on Old Oak Common- but a long wait for that I think!!
As a kid I used to visit Willesden shed on the Euston line and Old Oak on the Paddington line- 10 minute walk between and full of excitement!!
Hope it goes well.
